Sales, Account Manager:
Requires previous sales experience of the Nortel Meridian 1, Norstar,
BCM, and Nortel Networks data products.

Service Technician:
Requires working knowledge of Nortel Meridian 1 products, including
Option 11 to Option 81C, Meridian Mail, and Call Pilot. Certification is
preferred in at least one Nortel Meridian 1 product.
Service Technicians will be responsible for repairs, adds, relocations,
and maintenance of Meridian 1 systems. Outstanding customer service
skills are a must.

Software Design Specialist
Requires working knowledge of Nortel Meridian 1 products, including
Option 11 to Option 81C, Meridian Mail, Call Pilot, and Symposium.
Certification is preferred in at least one Nortel Meridian 1 product.
Software Design Specialist will be responsible for database collections
and input for new systems, advanced feature implementation for installed
base, placing and coordinating telco orders, and end user training.
Outstanding customer service skills are a must.

Special Application
Technicians:
Requires working knowledge of Nortel Meridian 1 products, including
Option 11 to Option 81C, Meridian Mail, Call Pilot, and Symposium.
Certification is expected on several Nortel Meridian 1 products.
Special Application Technicians will be responsible for the
implementation and maintenance of advanced applications within the
Meridian 1 product line. Knowledge of Call Pilot, Symposium, Voice over
IP, IVR, BCM, and data applications, in addition to outstanding customer
service skills, are a must.
