The Communication Server 1000 (formerly Succession 1000) establishes
a pure IP environment that has value added capabilities only
supported by IP Telephony, including a simplified and cost-effective
cabling infrastructure. The CS 1000 supports up to 1,000 IP
terminals per call server and can be networked with Meridian 1 and
Business Communications Manager installations.
The Meridian 1 is built on a modular design and can be configured to
support from 30 to 10,000 stations with trunking configurations from
the simplest POTS lines to integration with Corporate WAN's and
Voice over IP applications. You can choose to start with a base
system that will meet your corporate communication needs of today,
and rest assured you will be able grow that system to meet the yet
undetermined needs of tomorrow.
The Meridian 1 Product line supports business-critical applications,
including Symposium IP Contact Center, CallPilot unified messaging,
and integrated services such as conferencing, one-number-follow-me
Personal Call Director, recorded announcement, network-wide
attendant and messaging. Optivity Telephony Management allows
management of the entire portfolio from a single Client/Server
application.
In addition to the core product lines of the CS 1000 and the
Meridian 1, Telecom-West offers peripherals from such manufacturers

Teltronics,

and IP products as an OEM supplier for respected companies in a
variety of industries including telecommunications, medical
equipment and assisted living. |

Interalia offers an extensive line of digital call processing
and voice announcement solutions for: call center announcements,
call routing, audiotex, music/message on-hold, automated attendant,
attendant overflow, call screeners, and public address systems. In
addition, we offer products for airport terminal information systems
and weather broadcast.
